Attock
This is a view of the Attock Festival. I participated in this festival with my family. It was an unforgettable experience. Beautiful swings were there, along with other rides. I bought and ate a lot of good things, like fried bread and vegetable and fruit treats. This festival is a local event, and it gets a local holiday. I didn't want to go home. It was an unforgettable day.

My First Day in School
I transferred to a new school for sixth grade, and this was my first day at the new school. I was so nervous that I couldn't get any sleep on the night before. I had a mixture of anticipation about going to a new school and sadness about leaving my old school and my friends there. But all the teachers and students welcomed me warmly when I got to school. I can never forget that day. I was happy beyond words.

A Visit to the Zoo
Today was Sunday. We all went to the zoo. The front entrance to the zoo was beautiful. We saw famous animals and birds, like elephants, giraffes, zebras, deer, peacocks, and seagulls. I watched how the animals moved. They all get along with each other. A small monkey peeled and ate a banana. I felt like part of the scene. I took pictures of all the animals. When evening came, we went home.

My 11th Birthday
I celebrated my birthday a few days ago with my family and some friends. I was really happy because they all gave me special attention. Everyone gave me presents. I was most happy about a friend whose family is poor coming to the party. We celebrated the birthday by eating cake and other treats. My friend who is poor gave me a doll, which I treasure more than any of the other presents.

Basant (Kite-Flying) Day
Today was Basant, Kite-Flying Day. My father and brother made this a memorable day for me. We all went up onto the roof of our house. I flew a kite with my brother. I held the string tightly in my hand. The sound of gay singing was in the air. Everyone was up on their own rooftop. The sky was full of kites. My mother prepared food and drinks. In the evening, the number of kites decreased, and we also brought our kites down. It was a day of fantastic memories.
